Scoring hands
Faan stack: when a hand meets several of these, add them up, then stop at the table's cap. Points are 2 to the power of the faan: 3 faan is 8, 4 is 16, 5 is 32. Off a discard, the discarder alone pays double. On a self-draw, all three pay.
